ONLINE WORKSHOP ON "STUDY TO SUPPORT THE REVISION OF THE NIS DIRECTIVE

Registration is closed for this event

CEPS, Wavestone, and ICF are launching a new study for the European Commission’s DG CNECT to “Support the review of the Directive (EU) 2016/1148 concerning measures for a high common level of security of network and information systems across the Union (NIS Directive)”.

This study’s aim is to assist the Commission in evaluating such an existing legal and policy framework by assessing the role the NIS Directive has played in ensuring an adequate level of protection of network and information systems across Europe. The study will also identify new policy concepts and measures that will contribute to increasing the level of European cybersecurity. Combining findings’ evaluation with a number of additional sources, the study will then tackle key problems in the area, including new issues emerged since the adoption of the Directive in 2016, and will identify and analyze policy options to address them and assess their potential impacts.

In this context, CEPS is hosting the opening online workshops to present this new project and engage EU stakeholders in the review of the NIS Directive.

THESE WEBINARS ARE BY INVITATION ONLY! Once registered, you will receive instructions on how to join this online event in an email confirmation and a reminder before the event starts.
